If you go to sleep at lock down and get up for breakfast you’re going to get at least 8 hours.
Obviously how noisy the prison gets will impact ability to sleep, but this is more of a jail than a prison problem..

Usually the showers will take place Monday to Friday and not on weekends because the was less staff and therefore showers would not actually happen. And especially on Sunday where everyone was on a 24 hour lockdown. However I do believe it does depend on the facility also you’re in.
